ANIMATION AND VIDEO PROCESS

The process of every project we work on is different, however they all have the same underlying workflow.

1. RESEARCH & CONTENT STRATEGY

We start with a Kick-OFF meeting where we listen to your objectives and goals to develop the story you wish to deliver to your target audience.

2. PLANNING

In the planning stage we help you to visualize what we have created for your project.  

We develop a story and visual concept that is both effective and on-budget. 

3. PRE-PRODUCTION
Working in line with your brand’s guidelines and your brief, we create a number of style frames so you can see exactly how the video will look like.

At this stage we also create a written script and a storyboard of the video.

4. VOICE OVER

We will record rough voice over for you to see the timing of the video on a moving storyboard.

We call this ‘The Animation – Production Plan’.

We can also help you find the ideal voice to match your brand and budget if needed.

 

5. ANIMATION – PRODUCTION

When the decisions regarding the script, the style frames and the voice over have been finalized,

it’s time to start animating, combining and editing all the elements into a final video.

If there is filming involved, post production and visual effects are included to the process at this stage.

Animation and visual effects are not a quick process and this step may take several weeks to complete, depending on the length of the voice over.

This is why it's essential that we collaborate through the previous stages and sign them off.

6. AUDIO MIX
Music, sound effects and voice over are combined to a music track.

7. FINAL VIDEO

The final animated and production video is exported based on your technical requirements and then delivered to you!
