IOM Iraq

IOM (International Organization for Migration) is an agency of the UN, providing assistence programs and other types of efforts aimed at migrants, internally displaced persons, returnees and host communities. We have prepared an animation to shine a light on the subject of Iraqi women with disabilities, the types violence and inequality they face and to provide information on what can be done as a community to alleviate their situation. As it is a heavy subject to handle, we went for a more metaphorical visual approach instead of a direct one, to paint the picture of the hardships that women with disabilities face.
